It is another of my "firsts" - first carved cake. When I got this order, the idea of using carving technique came to me at once. I wanted to try it for a long time. As always I did my research first :) I found out that: You should use a dense type of cake (ex. pound cake) as the lighter one may not survive cutting too well.
